NSEDC & NSSP Office Closure

March 18, 2020 By NSEDC

NSEDC offices and the retail store located at the Norton Sound Seafood Center will be closed until further notice

NSEDC has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic situation and working to implement recommendations issued by state and federal officials to reduce the public health threat and to ensure the safety of our employees and member communities. In further effort to help contain the spread of the disease, the NSEDC offices and the retail store located at the Norton Sound Seafood Center will be closed until further notice.

These closures should not impact the administration of any of our programs and projects, as NSEDC employees will continue to work regular schedules. During this timeframe, email communication is encouraged and preferred, especially if you already have an established point of contact. However, employees will be checking voicemail periodically and will return calls when able. Questions regarding the Energy Subsidy or any of our grant programs should be directed to NSEDC’s Community Benefits Director, Paul Ivanoff (pivanoff@nsedc.com), and any communications regarding scholarships or other Employment, Education & Training (EET) programs can be sent to EET Director, Niaomi Brunette (niaomi@nsedc.com). General inquiries made through the “Contact Us” link on our website (www.nsedc.com/contact-us/) will also be monitored.

For additional information on any of NSEDC’s Programs, updates on office closures, or other news, please visit our website at www.nsedc.com.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we all work together to navigate these uncertain times.
